Your follow-up appointment plays a vital role in supporting the progress and success of your wellness journey. Here we will check-in and review your personalized wellness plan. We navigate obstacles, address questions, and reinforce positive practices. This is also a time to address any new health concerns you may have. I am here to support you each step of the way with encouragement and accountability.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We believe this is how health care should be. Please help us continue to offer this by honoring our cancellation policy. We allow a 10-minute grace period to be late to the consultation, after which your consultation will be deemed as forfeited. If you cancel or forfeit your appointment less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a rebooking charge of 25.00 USD.
