Our signature Rest & Reset focuses on relieving stress stored in the scalp, face, head, neck, and shoulders using warm, Ayurvedic herb-infused oils, combined with a blend of light-to-medium, long flowing abhyanga strokes and therapeutic marma point therapy. Generous amounts of warm herbal oils are anointed and massaged into the scalp, followed by full upper body massage, and a healing Kansa wand facial to dissolve tension, promote deep relaxation, and reveal a radiant glow. The session concludes with a grounding Ayurvedic marma foot massage to anchor your energy and restore balance from scalp to sole. This revitalizing treatment is ideal for those experiencing chronic stress, burnout, neck and shoulder pain or stiffness, headaches, digestive issues, or sensory overload. It's especially supportive during postpartum and burnout recovery, when rest and replenishment are most essential. *90-min option includes back work & herbal steam for deeper relief.* What is Soma? Soma is a Sanskrit term linked to the Moon and the cosmic lunar principle associated with coolness, calmness, and rejuvenation. It is considered a restorative force that nurtures longevity and vitality. Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Help us continue to offer holistic care by honoring our cancellation policy. We allow a 10-minute grace period to be late to your appointment, after which your appointment will be shortened to end at the scheduled time. If you cancel or forfeit your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be subject to fee of 50% of the service price. A no-show or same-day cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. We appreciate your cooperation!
